How do I schedule a consultation with your office?

You can easily schedule a consultation through our online booking link, found at the top and bottom of our website. All consultations are conducted via Zoom for your convenience, and the consultation fee is due at the time of booking.

Do you offer in-person appointments?

Most consultations are held virtually to better accommodate clients in the Columbus area and beyond. In-person meetings may be available for existing clients upon request.

Can you help if I live outside the Columbus area?

Yes. We represent clients throughout the United States and abroad. Immigration law is federal, so our attorneys can handle cases regardless of where you live.

Why is there a consultation fee?

The consultation fee reserves dedicated time with an experienced immigration attorney to review your case, answer questions, and provide personalized legal guidance.

Frequently asked

Can I travel out of the united states while my immigration case is pending?

Processing times vary depending on the type of case and the agency involved. During your consultation, we can provide an estimate based on current timelines and your specific circumstances.

How long does the immigration process take?

We are a full-service immigration law firm handling all areas of immigration law, including family-based petitions, employment-based immigration, adjustment of status, naturalization, waivers, and removal or deportation defense.
